We are primarily seeking franchisees that are current supply chain industry professionals or military veterans with logistics experience who can apply their knowledge to operate a compelling, home-based supply chain consulting and management business. We look for individuals who are high-energy, have solid sales and rapport-building skills and who can demonstrate they are committed to providing great, consultative customer service. All franchise owners must be, or become, domestic property brokers.
Franchisees will pay a royalty fees equal to 15% of gross profits (gross sales less supply chain resource costs). These fees allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of service solutions, marketing tools, training programs and system upgrades.
Franchisees are required to spend a combination of $7,500 for initial launch during the first three months plus an additional $5,000 during Year 1 on local marketing and advertising in their territories. (The required amount may increase in subsequent periods of operation.) Franchisees will also contribute an initial flat fee (starting at $100/month, subject to increase with prior notice) into the system marketing fund. Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the Nexterus brand and fund the creative costs to develop local franchise marketing materials and campaigns.
We do not offer direct financing to franchisees. We may be able to provide references to Benetrends® or other qualified financing or lending resources, on a case-by-case basis
The initial term of your franchise agreement is five years, with three additional successor agreement options of five years each.
